Not the best pictures, mind you. I'm still getting used to the new camera.

This was taken from the west side of Canyon Trail (fireroad) looking east. There are a couple houses just behind here with direct access to the park. Note the rocky terrain.

It is way steeper and intimidating than it looks here. I'm going to try out a wide-angle lens. My buddy Mike says I'm the only one he knows who's made it down this. We tried to get a picture of me coming down, but the camera wasn't cooperating.
Now that's my kinda trail.Kitchenware

mmmmmmm tasty looking.

Now I have to go out for a ride today. Don't worry Bobcat/Lidarman, snow doesn't scare me, I know it's comin'.

Marsh trail used to be a fire road.Fast Eddy

There are miles of old fire roads that have been converted. This shot makes the conversion look kind of haphazard, but the new singletrack is excellent.

It felt like I was getting some major air over these logs, but again, we couldn't get the camera to cooperate. After I got home I figured out the difference between continuous auto-focus and single auto-focus. Next time will be better.

Note the tongue technique.
And some cool 3d maps I just foundFast Eddy

Very cool, in fact.

This ride was around the right side, starting from Carissa, up Canyon and Marsh to Buick Meadow, then across, going left, and down Burma and down towards the North Burma Trailhead.

What is barely shown on this map is that from the Marsh, towards the top of the map is a loop down into Kenwood. Shultz and Lawndale trails were both converted from fire roads last year. If I have any say in it, there will be a long 'b' group making that trek at Fourplay.
these are really neatmoschika

Look at a map, to hard to explain but easy after you've done it once.

Thanks..
Oh sorry...Fast Eddy

...I didn't actually read the link.

Take 101 to Santa Rosa.

Go East on Hwy 12 to the end.

Continue straight on Hoen, past Jack in the Box.

Take Hoen, past Yulupa to Summerfield.

There are a bunch of ways into the park off Summerfield. If you go past Summerfield on Hoen, and take the first left, there's the official ($$) parking lot. If you go right on Summerfield and left on ParkTrail, you can park on the street and ride in.

Cool...thanks.. Nmjrm
