Suggestions for Puerto Rico riding?

I am moving to Puerto Rico and will probably be living somewhere between Ceiba and Rio Grande (Northeast).
Can anyone suggest some rides there or recommend a quality bike shop?
I still have to find a place to live there so suggestions on bike interesting locations would be great!
