I ran across a buncha pix on an old floppy this a.m., was just thinking the same....

I think this is Fast Eddie, Kathleen, and youse. Lou Reed called in sick that ride.

never took a single National Pic the whole time, I rattled down Waterfall and stopped a sec to chat with Charles Coker, then onward.

1st year Pete got some good shots of me doing a nose wheelie just before, well, uno.

Ride with no lights? hahahahah. Trees are hard. Wait, they have none!

Bastidges! Jim
i'd rather run into a tree than a cactusJm
Oct 30, 2002 9:24 PM
like i did last sunday, a few times. I didn't "run" into it, but brushed by and got serveral needles stuck in my hand, had to dig em out with a knife at the bottom of the hill. Anyway, a full on encounter could be extremely nasty...depends on the speed of course, i hit a tree about a week earlier anyways....heh
Sorry.....Gnarly1

I just secured the Ironcase for the trip, looks like I'm bringing Stinky on the plane with me this time.

I've also ordered a pair of 2.35 'xc' tires to take a few grams off the wheels. I should be in great shape for all that climbing...

TE<----can't wait to check out some of that warm weather, it snowed up here today.
don't you love.....Gnarly1

...that helmet/jersey combo? Both of the flowers-on-yellow-background variety. Quite nicely coordinated, if I say so myself!

Too many hobbies....too little time.

I'm gonna be scaling some rocks out by Superior on Saturday, as a matter of fact. Then, I'm heading up to Sedona on Sunday to ride with Annie & Charlie -- sent you an email, if you are interested.

PS: Yea, I mean the one that only I cleaned...but look at the weenie line I'm taking! ;-)

Surroundings look familiar, but the trail doesn't.

Maybe I should stop more often and look around.

I really never spend more than a few minutes at a time on that trail :)
I see why everyone is concerned about keeping that trail open...BBOC
