May by the Bay 5, May 2-5, 2003, San Francisco Bay Area

All this has been posted before, but now we've got a simple website and a Topica email list going, so I wanted to have a central repository for this info. The Topica list server has worked out well for AZSF, so I copied Paul B for this gathering.

I don't expect much traffic on the email list until later, so don't worry about a flood of email from it.

wg, jrm, moschika, and I previewed the long loop at Annadel yesterday. We did it in 5 hours at a pretty slow pace. It was about 24 miles.

As of right now, I'm not planning to reserve the large group campground in Santa Rosa. If enough folks commit to camping in Santa Rosa on Sunday, May 4, we can see if it's still available. Getting a campsite in Santa Rosa, even last minute, on a Sunday night shouldn't be a problem.

The official website is here:

The dates and itinerary are here:

Fast Eddy "Call for action: May by the Bay 5" 1/23/03 2:23pm

You can read the email list here:

If you're subscribed, you can post to the Topica list by sending email here:

mbtb5@topica.com

And you can register for Topica here:

As of now, there are 29 people on the list.

...it's time for you to come out of the closet and be proud of your sexual preference. Most of the posters on this board are mature enough to respect your homosexuality - once you're able to display it in an equally mature way.

Once you do, you'll see that the urge to post these messages go away. At the same time, you'll feel that your sick desire to draw erect penises on the inside of public toilet stalls fades away completely, too.

Don't hide inside yourself.

I was replying to the reply - in the mean time the reply got pulled and my post ended up where it shouldn't be.

You gotta believe me, Jed.

You just seem WAY too familiar in the above posts.

I care for you for you, BV.

We only want really smart people at this gathering. Since you figured it out, you can come.

The easy way is to just reply to the "spam" that Topica sent you when I created the list. I think they'll resend it once if you don't reply. If you didn't get the original, email me, and I can arrange for them to spam you too.

I haven't seen swagking@snotmail.com on the list. Dammit...
Thanks for posting the DATES PROMINENTLYAK Ken

which are immediately seen when clicking on the official thread. I tried to find the dates for the Fruita Fat Tire Festivus and after clicking on a half dozen or more individual replies and using my considerable powers of deduction and arithmetical skill narrowed it down to about a 2 week likelihood.

Same with Arizona Spring Fling, blindly went to Paul B's link and found the dates, but it's great to be able to click on the officail gathering thread and immediately see the dates of the event.

Maybe even posting the dates at the top of the Passion page with the thread link would be good.
