Does dispicable mean, the discipline necessary to train hard and right in all conditions, even when the last thing you want to do is get on your bike? The discipline to eat correctly, even if that dessert is just a little piece or that food does not contain that much fat? The ability to be at your limit and still push harder when you want to quit, knowing you can justify quitting to yourself cause things aren't going right? Setting a training and race goal at the beginning of the year and sticking to it? If it does, you are dispicable!
