| The new ride | berrywise Oct 18, 2003 4:03 PM | | Picked this Dyno Cruiser up at the dump. Paint was all messed up and it was missing wheels but everything else was mint. Stripped the frame to bare metal and had a friend do an awesome orange with silver flake base coat on it. A free nexus 7 speed internal hub laced to a set of disc rims and new kenda white wall tires completed the package.

Is that a golf course behind the bike? |
| Haha they're good for something right? | berrywise Oct 19, 2003 10:40 AM | | Yep,
I live across the street from a golf course. I like to golf and I'll probably get in trouble for saying this but poaching golf courses on your bike at night in a total blast. No need for lights just stay on the fairway where there is nothing to get in your way ;o) Well there was that one time there was a sprinkler head stuck in the up position...ouch.

| oh yeah........ | bikerchic Oct 19, 2003 2:28 PM | | ......I used to ride through a golf course (shortcut) on the way home. Heck those golfcart paths are perfect for a roadie like me paved and all until the night I almost ate one on a turn. Damn driver you would have thought he never saw a cyclist before.
:(
Love the pictures and the bike totally is the bomb! Thanks for sharing. |
| Watch out for fowl fecal material (goose poop) | AK Ken Oct 19, 2003 9:32 PM | | on the cart paths. We were walking around a Phoenix golf course last week and I found the path extremely slippery where the sprinklers had diluted the doo doo to a soupy scum. Could have been a real surprise on a bike.
