I planned on going out to the local State Park for some solo time with the pup, on lightly snow covered trails for what has become an annual Thanksgiving.

Time and household duties took their toll and I ended up running out of time & heading down by the river again instead. Bailey was unleased for the whole ride & performed admirably. I hit some small drops, did a few climbs more than once to get the workout. Nearly two hours with no other people in sight, light snow falling from a beautiful grey sky, ahhhh......

Hope everyone else who rode had a good one, too. Here's to traditions.
Thought of you........LakeRaven

I saw on the news that there was a big search and rescue operation going on in your neck of the woods. I wondered if you were out looking for the missing hotty. Great to hear you got a snow ride in yesterday. I ran a 5k race in the morning and then rode the ss around the local loop before the traditional feast-o-plenty. The NAG weekend ranks near the top of the list of experiences that I am thankfull for this year. I think of you and all of my NAG friends often and it makes me smile. The best to you and yours for the Holidays.

I haven't been out looking, though it's kind of wierd driving through that area thinking that there's probably a body in one of those shelterbelts....Poor girl. Unfortunately since my wife is the head of probation in the three MN counties she is involved all day every day with law enforcement and tracking down possible sex offenders, etc.

Speaking of the NAG, ND State tourism is interested in promoting another NAG for 2004 so we may have a repeat on a larger scale (with a for-real poker run this time...) I still kick myself for not remembering to try your Turner. Oops.
