paint is gonna add 80-100 grams.... are you SHURE you want to do that!

#:-)

I think white is an awesome looking bike color.

--Course I dunno how environmentally sound it is... what with it's

reflective light properties and all--could be contributing to global

warming by not absorbing the the heat like other colors...and instead

letting it bounce around--potentially magnifying the problem, then

again, maby it's too late.. the heat is already in the atmosphere!

Oh, wow.

Better not ride...

when you say primer green, do you mean zinc chromate?? That would be an awesome color.

I sorta made my Id white with a simple invert command. Do a little acid, and maybe it would work.

Penny (my wife) used to have a white Norco Fluid. It looked pretty good for a while, but once it started getting scratches, it looked pretty beat up. Dirt got into the scratches and it was impossible to clean out. These were not big scratches from falling, but where her legs rubbed the frame. You can't really tell from the picture, but looking closely at the frame you would always see this brown dirt embedded in the paint.

Anyways, that bike cracked and the new one came painted red. If it were my choice, I'd go with a metallic midnight blue. The green would look good as well.

I had my choice of white or black when Speedgoat was blowing out their remaining '02 Superlight frames last spring. I had a black SS and a black roadie at the time, so I thought I might try white. I think it came out pretty nice!

I've got a blizzard, powdercoated half of it black and half of it white. I've ditched in the rocks a few times, and although I never scratched entirely through the paint, the scratches tend to collect dirt in them that doesn't want to leave. Here's shot of the non drive side chainstay, I suppose I could touch it up, but I intend to get the frame done in a gun metal grey.
