Harmonic ConvergenSS mini-gathering site is up...red-haze

Here it is:
http://red-haze.com/ConvergenSS02.html
please note that meeting place has changed, the YMCA is adding on to their building and so the parking lot wouldn't work, but the new place is easier to find, right off the interstate.
b Could I have a show of hands for who thinks they's gonna show up?
oh, some have thought of staying for a day or two (imagine that, in LONGVIEW????). there are several hotels/motels in town, since I live here I seldom use them...so I don't know what their rates are. I'd be willing to put up a coupla folk at my house, but I'm remodelling the downstairs and so it is...messy. And I'm a batchelor with too many bikes in various states of disrepair laying around, but there is a couch and floor space upstairs and if you are short, even a bed. And a semi-hyper dalmatian that thinks she is a lap dog.
thanks,
bob

VHS won that war...
how cheep? bring sleeping bags and pads and I've got floor space upstairs, also separate kitchen and stuff. thats also where the TV and stereo are. Also a loft in the garage (separate from house) that I just cleaned up and can heat.
I live in the middle of Longview by the big lake.
I've got the next day off (sunday) ya wanna ride siouxon? sweet trail, just barely singlespeedable. or growlers gulch trails up by Castle Rock.

My schedule for March is not out yet, but I hope to be there. Hard for me to get every weekend of the month off, and Sea Otter is the main priority....

I should know by Sunday!

No can do as my trophy bride heads out for a week in Hawaii the following Tuesday. Gotta stay home the prior weekend. If I attend your shindig, I might as well not come home. Sorry but she's addictive and I needs me fix. Shiggy & The General have promised to have enough fun for all of us Blue-jean SSers. But I'll see you at Barbie Camp, Bob.

.and maybe Sea Otter.?

Time to call in sick, Bob. How 'bout Sea Otter. you goin'? I'm beginning to wonder if we are destined to never ride together. OK, what about your big weekend event this August? Which weekend is it? (Gawd, I hope it's the 24/25th!)

yes, I've scheduled the "Hard As Quartz" Adventure ride for Aug 24-25. I'll probably be up there one day early to fill up camping space, depending on which primitive campsite we can use.

I would call in sick but they don't believe ya when its 3 days in a row (i work a 4on/4off schedule) without a doctors note, plus they'd have to call someone out to cover, dang regulations.

Sea Otter is in May, right? I work half those weekends too so chances are slim. and I'm taking all of November off to fly back to Iowa, so gotta save up vacation hours...someday I'll have a real job...

We'll ride pretty soon, I'd love to ride some trails down there, am available fairly often during the week...

Directions here. If the BC website hasn't been updated yet, please complain to the webmaster: Shiggy! In any case, the venue is the same so last fall's directions are as good as this spring's.

See you there!

I would like to join the ride but I don't have a mean to get myself there. Is there anyone coming from Portland/Vancouver area? I live in Vancouver. If anyone has space in a car, please let me know.

A friend that lives in Portland is coming up, I think. His name is Andrew, I'll see if I can hook you guys up...
whats your e-mail? (I can't "log in" to get it, have complained to mtbr they say "this is your info" and it still does't work, maybe the "dash" in my name is messing it up)
