| Blue Plate Combo Special | KneeHell Sep 16, 2002 3:34 AM | | Combine the two aforementioned ideas...
I found I needed to rip apart two cassettes to get enough vittles for one conversion. However, my flying French friend just finished SSing his 24 jump bike using PVC grits and a few cassette vittles.
Half to 2/3s of the freehub body is taken up by PVC pipe, the rest of the gap is filled by cassette/cogset spacers so you can still monkey with your chainline. Less spacers used per conversion equals more possible perversions.
That's what I'm having for dinner next, so I can serve up some just deSSerts on a few more of my bikes.
