They're actually pretty cool people with an awesome product. They've done well at maintaining interest in their products by keeping production runs low...I don't have a problem with that but when a customer wants a specific color and they find out they have to wait 4-6 weeks to get it, it's kinda discouraging and they tend to look for other substitutes(if there is any). I was making the offer to the gentleman looking for a wheelset to simply get him a good deal on what I could get. QBP has actually had black King hubs in stock for at least a month now... |
