| New Spicer ti fork on my Soulcraft SS (photos) | 1x1 Speed Craig May 25, 2003 11:09 AM | | I just finished installing my new Spicer Cycles segmented titanium fork & MutanoRaptor 2.4" front tire on my Soulcraft Plowboy. The fork is freakin' light...Gene said around 1.5 lbs. I know it lightened the front of the bike up a LOT (over the Duke SL fork that was on it before). Oh, it feels good to be rigid again. I can't wait to get out for an offroad test ride.

BTW- I did A,B,C and D loop today at Highland on my SS with my Specialized Enduro Pro on front at 20 psi. I left the Skinny fast tire on the back. It worked great. I was leading most of the time with about 10 geared riders behind me. |
| Yeah, it was a nice ride... | Farmer John May 25, 2003 1:15 PM | | I stuck in back with One of ours who was doing his first ride back at Highland from breaking his ankle there last year.
Absolutely refused to return to D.

Thanks

Now there's a backhanded compliment if ever there was one.
Craig, your Plowboy is so dang gorgeous it'd be a shame to get it dirty.
