this old subject again...

Finally got around to taking a picture of an RF ISIS BB bearing next to a RF sguare drive BB bearing.

So my opinion.
ISIS has a better connection between the crank arm and BB.
Sq has a better bearing.

BB bearing - This is one of those times that bigger is better. The smaller balls in the isis have a smaller contact area with the race and there for can not take as much load. The roughness that occurs after a cased or bad jump is dents in the races and flat spots on balls.

the blue bearing on the left is for the square drive
the red bearing on the right is for the isis drive
