Sep 30, 2001 3:13 PM | | I was supposed to be at Mt. Snow this weekend. Got my office blown up so it never happened.
Went for a ride with Sister Sandy. We rode the Deer Pond portion of Allamuchy State Park, NJ. Beautiful weather, great trails. We rode and flowed. I lead, she lead.
Left the fire road for singletrack. I climbed and stopped at a minor log crossing. The old 6 inches stopping 26 inches routine. Sandy pulled up next to me. Took a look and said "Oh baby, I'd have flown over that." Ugh. So much for my ego. She would have too! Her on her hardtail, me on my full suspenion. Hanging my head in shame, I flew over everything else.
