I'm talking about the photo with the huge group of people holding their bikes up in the air at the top of the home page. Where's the shot taken and what's with the guy's face in extreme lower right corner? Some kind of monster make-up?
Want to stir some #@$& ?????brianc

The trail is everywhere. And the Guy in the lower right is *just* some guy who used to hang out here. We liked him.

There was some photoshoping done to make that picture. The "make-up" is due to the fact that it's a B&W photo.

I think I used up all my brain cells getting through grad school. Because I'm doing a 30 race to get in shape. NOT get in shape to do a 30 mile race.

I'm sure I'll have a big write up when i get back. It's going to be an epic ride for me, to say the least.
We're sorry sir. Trollposts are only allowed Mon-Fri.Every-Post-Has-It's-Day Dept.

Weekends are designated quiet zones.

If you did not intend that to be a trollpost, but posted your question in honest innocence and naivete, we apologize, and respectfully suggest that you rephrase your question. Also, carefully study the background of the photo.

The guy in the corner was a highly respected, bedrock contributor to this community, who tragically died a while back. We still respect and honor him and his memory, hence his place on the masthead.
