A word to the wise though: be careful not to let yourself drop to the level of those you are criticizing. I know, I've made that mistake myself.

I have the services of a few headhunters enlisted right now, but am being pretty specific what I'm looking for (and 'Rocky Mountain Bicycle Company' isn't hiring for a Controller position right now), so I'll still be posting about a job search a year from now. Hence, I don't feel too guilty about taking some slack time today.
