You sure do have a grasp of the Saxon side of the Anglo-Saxon speach.

You can cuss. Congratulations.

bitch. Go to church or something, whiner. Did I hurt your feelings, crybaby? Somebody call a "whaaaaambulance"!

Many of the people I've ridden with from all over NA can attest to that.

Boy, you sure have me pegged. Big church going (or something) whiner whose feelings are easily hurt.

You win. I can not compete with such superior intellect. The "whaaaaambulance" (in quotes, I might add) is a nice touch.

Where exactly have you ridden your bike? What are your favorite trails? Mine? I like the trails in Fruita, Trumbull CT, Lutzen MN, The enchanted land of the tiny twisted trees (or something to that effect), Leatherwood AR, Berryman MO, Moab, Palos Heights, Kettle Morain and the Hoosier National Forest among others.

If you would talk about bikes, and not about felching your dog, you may be better received. Then again, maybe not. How is it in the shallow end of the gene pool?

Everyone else talks about everything BUT MTB here, what difference does it make? Have you ever heard of "flame-bait"?

I like Skyline in Portland Ore, numerous trails around the Muddy River near Mt. St. helens Wa. Noble Cyn, Daily Ranch, and numerous others.

I have been to KC a few times, it is HORRIBLE! I didn't talk about felching my dog, that was someone else, as were a few under my name.

Lighten up, flower-boy.
I love absolutes. They're so amusing.Pete.

You live in the NW and everything outside of your comfort zone is bad?

I won't argue for or against the merits of one city over another. I've lived in a number of places:

San Antonio
Dallas
Denver
Rapid City
Minneapolis
Kansas City
Chicago
Seoul
Beirut
Indianapolis

Every one of them had their own unique culture and character. In some places it took a little longer to find than in others. I guess because I've lived in a couple of different places and I'm obviously considerably older than you (I really hope this is the case), I would never be so bold as to classify a place as "HORRIBLE". I would suggested that you stop and consider that there is more to the world than the Pacific Rim.

Where in Kansas City were you? Which state were you in?

To specifically address a few of your comments:

"Everyone else talks about everything BUT MTB here, what difference does it make?:

First, as Pete suggested, there are a number of people (Ska! is one example) that ONLY talk about mountain biking.

Second, the difference is that when people talk about topic other than mountain biking, they usually have something to say, rather than running off a string of cuss words. Please don't misunderstand this as anything other than an observation.

We have all heard words like pussy, bitch, fŸck, shit, cock and asshole. I assure you, they do not offend me. To spout off with cuss words simply to receive a reaction is stupid and immature. Richard Prior and Lenny Bruce have already done that for you; about 40-50 years ago, and they added humor to their cussing.

"Have you ever heard of "flame-bait"?"

Yes. Throwing out a bunch of cuss words isn't flame bait. It's tripe.

"Lighten up, flower-boy"

First, thanks for your concern over my mental state. Please rest easy knowing that I am quite relaxed. I have a great life. Work happens to be slow right now, so I'm spending a little extra time amusing myself by baiting slow people on mtbr. Please don't tell them.

Second, "flower-boy" is a cute response. Please look up sarcasm in the dictionary and reread my post. I hope that helps.

Have a great day.

Ken
