Talked to Pacific this morning, and GT warranties are being covered
back for one year. Was told that warranty must go through dealer.
Was also told that replacment parts should be available for sale in
about 2 weeks. |

Good luck nonetheless, they'll cover you but don't hold your breath waiting for it. |

Nov 27, 2001 6:54 PM | | The Pacific warranty guy I talked to and left my name with a month ago called me yesterday and said the same thing. I stripped my frame and shipped it today. He said I should expect a replacement turnaround of 1-2 weeks. Let's hope.
At least they called me back.....that's way more than I ever got out of Cannondale. |
