I've been really lucky with PricePoint - good turn-around time, stuff in stock when I order it. The only one I've found to be a bit sketchy at times is CBO - kinda hit or miss on items in stock, some long delays in orders, service is decent if otherwise unremarkable.

My buddy ordered some v brakes from them one time... they took them out of the original Shimano box, put the parts in a bag, and then shipped it. It was missing some of the pieces. Buddy tried to get them to ship the missing pieces... never happened no matter how many times he called etc. We ended up taking the missing parts off an old set of brakes I had so he could install his new brakes. That totally sucks.
