Jan 31, 2002 7:26 AM | | I had a pair of the LX hollowtech that came with my used Blizzard frame. I was not going to use them, but I decided to have the place my dad works paint them with a red powder paint. I sandblasted first and then cleaned them with isopropyl. I have these cranks for one season with no paint coming off except for when I hit a rock at Milaca. This was rider induced, of course. Tron, who used to post here alot knows other ways to remove and paint most things. Do a search for his name over in techtalk where I think he hangs out. |
