Do you know anyone who is moving to Kansas City in the next couple of months? The following is an offer from a friend of mine. If someone from mtbr tkaes Brad up on his offer, I'm sure he will pay the $3 marketplace fee.

How does this relate to mountain biking, it does, bear with me. Many of you probably recall me "pimping" my house on the list recently in an effort to find a buyer (yes, I was serious and thanks to those who inquired). Anyway, I haven't sold it yet and will be listing it with a realtor in the next couple weeks although my preference would still be to sell it myself. So, here is my offer to anybody receiving this email--if you refer someone to me who buys my house (directly from me, not via a realtor) I will write you a check for $1,000 upon closing of the sale. Additionally, as a benefit to all mountain bikers in the Midwest, I will donate $1,000 upon closing of the sale to EarthRiders Trails Association to be used to trail development/maintenance in the midwest. Yes, I am serious--this is your chance to help yourself and mountain biking in the Midwest!
Thats the deal--$1,000 for you to spend on bike schwag and $1,000 for ERTA. The house is in a neighborhood called Park Crossing, located at approx. 115th and Quivira in South Overland Park.
