anyone still losing weight? I have been hovering around 170-171 for two weeks, time to get more serious about the training, first race is April 21!

I tried climbing a few cracks and some boulders today; I couldn't believe how "portly" I felt. I'm looking at 10+ lbs of loss. My plan is to drink lots of water and stock up on sodium free pretzels, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and diet Dr. Pepper along with strength training three days a week and cardio/endurance three days a week. I can't believe I let this happen to me every year! It must be the New England winters...

i don't know where i stand after spending a week in paris. hard to tell if i lost wieght. i ate lots of sweets but i also walked more in the past week then i did all last year.
