Sorry, Jason (7 posts)
| Sorry, Jason | Photo-John Mar 27, 2002 5:46 PM | | Posted this in the Sea Otter gallery and thought I should spread it around a little more.
Jason raced in the amateur dual slalom at Sea Otter and got paired up with Brian Culp, one of the better dual slalom racers in Nor Cal. Culp even has his own dually course hidden away in the hills.
Sorry, Jason. Did you ask for a refund?

| Um, yeahhhh | Photo-John Mar 27, 2002 6:51 PM | | But he's still Nor Cal, and I was wondering how he was racing against Jason but thought I'd leave that out. But since you mentioned it, how did he end up racing Jason?
Refund! Protest! |

| that's what i get for qualifying last... | j5 Mar 27, 2002 9:51 PM | | vet classes are an interesting mix - all racers 30-39 are in the same class. so there are semi-pro's (culp, difiebre, wild bill) mixed in with the rest of us. considering the circumstances, i'm actually fairly happy with my result - only my 3rd slalom race... i gave culp plenty of grief in line: "sandbagging pro," etc. i was hoping he'd have to race on devin's size large disco, but someone gave him a tazer just before the start. j |
| Sandbagger?? | Monte Mar 27, 2002 7:33 PM | | Was Culp sandbagging? Or Jason in the wrong class. I don't know what if any classes they had, thus my Sierra Nevada enhanced question.
