May 20, 2002 10:42 AM | | Did a great ride in Jim Thorpe yesterday, from town up to Broad Mountain- hitting different sections of Dear Path, Pine Tar and Uranium Road. Problem is I tried, in vain, to find the hidden secret trail that leads from the train tracks over the creek (via a pipe I've heard) and up to the bottom of the Broad Mountain Loop. After cutting into several small trails and hitting nothing but dead ends, we gave up and hit Route 93 and rode up that way...
Could anyone give me some directions to this trail? Landmarks? Thanks! |
