Is there good riding in the land of potatoes?Shifty Bits

I'll be in Sun Valley, ID for a few days of meeting with key retailers and the like and have managed to arrange an afternoon of riding.

Any suggestions? Does the ski hill have a MTB park type thingy?

I would love to skip the whole "climb 3 hours and 2,000 vertical feet for 20 minutes of downhill" thing - I'm in flabby shape and have sea-side lungs, if you know what I mean...

Thanks!
