I just purchased a new/lighter set of wheels for my AC and the old ones are now on sale.

SO...

$200 for a pair of black Sun Rhyno Lites (disk version) laced 3x w/ black butted DT spokes to black Shimano XT Disk Hubs.

They are bran new, well, as bran new as my new bike. 3 months of good riding on them tops, they are in perfect condition.

If your interested e-mail me at jonb@liquidlife.com

Here is a pic of the front wheel mounted on the AC:

I am first going to offer it to this board since Im here all the time. Then Im going to check my local shops to see if any one right around my neck of the woods wants them. Then, on monday I will post it in the MTBR classifieds.

Untighten your sphincter dude.

Mavic 219s with 2002 XT disc hubs for $179 at universal.
what is the "disc version" of a Rhyno Lite?Seb
Jul 15, 2002 5:46 AM
I've got Rhyno Lites and a Rhyno Lite XL, but I've never heard of a "dic version". Seeing as its black, I'm betting its the XL, which has a machined sidewall. Machined sidewalls are there purely for the benefit of RIM brakes. MThe Rhyno XL's machined walls aren't a drawback (except in extra production cost) for disc brake use, but its a far cry from a "disc version".

I'm not slagging the poster for this possible error, I'd just hate to see folks pass up this awsome new(ish) rim (wherever they get it) because they ain't using discs.
