I'm new at this and not sure what you qualify as moderate -- last weekend, i did Winter Park's "Valley Point to Point", 18 miles, 2000+ in 2 hours 45... is that good enough for you? If so, we could ride front range, like Evergreen area or if you have the time, head up to Winter Park.
