The auto-form-filling feature of windows saved all my topics and photo addresses. Re-posting will be easy.

This pic was taken Sunday, July 14 just west of Watson Lake, which is on the backside of Mt Pluto, North*.

I hung back with these guys while they were fooling around shooting video. We had a blast up there. The last downhill seemed to go on forever.

The black hose is an oxygen tank. Good idea too. There's hardly any air up there.

those things can be ultra dangerous, when it is evaporating close to the ground, the air evaporates, cools, and accellerates to the ground, big time bad for planes like I fly :)

Saturday was my favorite ride of all time.Fast Eddy
Aug 7, 2002 8:21 PM
Unfortunately, my camera was locked in Biking Viking's van in some parking lot.

My favorite picture that I didn't take was the view from the top of the first climb where you could see 20 miles down past a bunch (maybe 7?) mountain peaks to where I knew we were going. It looked like a hundred miles.

Sunday, Marvin and I shuttled part of the ride.Fast Eddy

He thought it would be all downhill to Watson Lake, and I joined him so he didn't have to ride alone. It turns out that Watson Lake is at the highest point between the summit and the Truckee River. We saved about 800' of climbing out of the rest of the group's ~3800.
