Aug 9, 2002 4:53 PM | | Last time I was out there cedro was completely closed and only the main trail, going from upper to lower parking lot, of otero was open. I am assuming with the restrictions being lifted the space is once again open for use, if anyone knows otherwise please let me know. Thanks |
