Paging: Sedona Bikers(4 posts)

Im close to accepting a job in Sedona, and was wondering how affordable apartments are in the area? Doesn't have to be in Sedona itself, but close by neighboring communities as well. Ideally Id like to find a 1bdr/1bath apartment, for 5-6 hundred a month. I am going out there soon to check it out, I just wanted a heads up...

Should I be able to find something? Where is a good outside community to look?

Thanks!

Aaccording to some research that was the going rate (400-600$) in 1990.

Maybe things have improved. Sedona officials had then cited affordable housing as one of their biggest concerns.

I'd contact the city gov't or chamber of commerce and inquire.

...notorious for being unaffordable. I believe that most people living on a budget up there, live in Cottonwood.
