...provide a way to visit the archive and look up a post from a specific date without having to click through 100's of pages. Also, if I find a post using the search engine, it'd be nice to have a way to do View All without cliking through those 100's of pages again.



And then there is always the no-email-address-unless-you-do-view-all feature.

Just curious. Is it just a policy thing, or does the MTBR software get screwed up by it? Why no HTML in the subject line?
If people change the subject font size to huge and bright red...CraigH

can you imagine what the page would look like?

That was what one poster did yesterday.



Basically, it keeps the look of the page consistent. If everyone used a different font, bold, italic, colour, flashing & scrolling subject line the page would turn into a huge mess.

Personally, a bunch of fancy HTML wouldn't bother me at all, if it led to ON TOPIC posts. ;-)
