Help- carbon seatpost and carbon frame troubles.Johnnguyen

Does anyone know how to keep a carbon seatpost from twisting when installed onto a carbon frame? I have the correct diameter post for the frame (checked it 3x!) but even when I tighten the clamp all the way, the post can still twist.
I had a similar problemDoc

Try "roughing" up the inside surface of your seat tube and the outside surface of your seat post a little with some very fine sandpaper or something similar.

Be careful about over tightening your seatpost collar, you can crack a post easily doing that.
Did you grease the post?AK Ken

I overheard a heated discussion in a bike shop one day about whether to grease carbon seatposts or not. They decided that it might be okay to coat it with grease once, wipe it clean, and then insert it. Too much lube can be a bad thing in some cases, I guess.

If it's dry and still spins, you might try some sort of rosin like climbers chalk or something similar on the post.

If you've tightened the clamp "all the way" you may have cracked the post, in which case it will never tighten up correctly. This may be difficult to see when you remove it because it may spring back to round without any compression on it.
