Here's an IQ test:
You work in an lab building with some office space added for kicks. There's an appliance. It smells like smoke. It has a sign on it proclaiming it dead. It is unplugged. What do you do?
a. You find another one to use (there are several within a short walking distance).
b. You plug it in and try to use it anyway.
c. You get another cup of coffee and bitch about the piss-poor equipment you have.

Anyway, the Vending machine sells microwave Pop-Corn.
I put the Microwaze on 3.5 - 4 seconds and have beautifully popped corn.
Almost weekly some genius puts the timer on 7-8 minutes...
I assume its to make sure every kernel of corn gets popped.
After the smoke comes rolling out of the breakroom...
the Entire office area smells like arse! oh...one gal did put a non-micro pizza
in the oven for 15-20 minutes...that was special...killed the oven & the outlet...
sparks jumping everywhere. I just knew the spriklers were going to kick on & flood the place. |
