| biking got me my wife | josh vklok Dec 16, 2002 12:36 PM | | I met my wife at school several thousand miles from her family and her father when I asked for her hand in marriage my future father in law a Lawyer said it was contingent on an interview. When I got to california I found out my interview was on two wheels He is an avid roadie (uses his income to support his riding habit and expensive taste in bikes he has 6 nice bikes including a track bike a custom built tandom and a couple top end colnagos) I am a mtbr but it came in handy we got out on the trail with his riding buddies and it came time for the last uphill stretch for home I passed them all like they were standing still when we got back to the house he said he approved and I could have her. Here is a picture of us riding He is the one over my shoulder. |
