Yetti/ODI grips questions...(11 posts)

Yetti/ODI grips questions...Mellow Yellow
Feb 20, 2003 3:10 PM
Can anyone tell me what the website address is to Yetti or ODI grips? Or can you tell me what's the difference between the Rouge, G.S., or Ruffian grips? I have a gift certificate for Supergo and want to get new wider grips for my XC bike. The ODI's that I got in Vancouver for my Freeride bike are awesome and are great for people with big hands.

The Ruffian is a thinner grip than the Rogue, it has a bit of a chunkier grip pattern too; the Ruffian just has a small diamond pattern

I don't know what G.S. is

If you like a softer compound,I saw today that Oury is now making a ODI compatible grip.

Are any of these the ones that are short? I can only use short grips on the XC bike because of the gripshift shifters, bar ends, and brake leavers. Any suggestions?

Yeti's are the only short ones... I thinknamaSSte

it's all I have used for my SRAM setup. I would love to have the Ruffian's but they only come in standard length. The Yeti hardcores are gripshift length and work nicely though. Hope this helps.
I've seen shorter Ruffian's here.jw25

Overall a pretty good shop, at least price-wise. I haven't ordered anything yet, but should be in a few days.
