Drove to Green Bank today and saw how much water was in Knapp's Creek and others. It rained for 24 hours there yesterday, I was told. The Rimel loop has several water crossings, far into the loop, that can be no fun with loads of water. My wife thinks its not the smartest idea. I acknowledge she possesses much better judgement in these areas than I, usually.
Our place is a mess and her mother and father are coming. No explanation necessary.
She said something about running into the office in the morning.
I'd rather see you ride it when its definitely going to be a better ride. Especially for your driving time from Richwood. Perhaps next Saturday, I'll watch the weather and the water levels and let you know.
