Mine (2002) was about 27 to 28lb built up stock, and it is a large frame. I've added lighter wheels, heavier brakes, and heavier tires.

Hope that helps,

Tim
Nope, Stumpjumper Comp, it's the hardtail. (nm)LowCel

right around 24.5 pounds - it was a 1998 model with a 15.5" frame. M4s are slightly lighter.

with the marzocchi atom bomb, raceface rings and crank, mavic wheels, thompson and easton stuff and hits the scale at around 24 pounds. Not too heavy but not too light.
