Jun 23, 2003 6:50 AM | | Well the much anticipated winners have been chosen for the 24 Hours of Adrenalin at Laguna Seca Race Report and Photo Essay Contests. First of all, thank you to everyone who participated. Reviewing the photos and essays is inspirational, to say the least. It is a true reminder to all of us as to why we do what we do. To experience the spirit of mountain biking.

- an incredible (and lengthy) recreation of Emily's 24-hour solo experience that inspired much conversation on the board. Emily, congratulations on a great weekend and capturing the experience so succinctly in words.
- honourable mention goes to Dave Pelman for The Solo Immigrant Outcast Rodeo Clown. Dave: that inspirational voice on the PA system Sunday morning was mine. I was touched reading your story.
