i have the wheels and fork off a 2002 mt. tam(bontrager wheel set-marzochhi fork)wheels have only about 50mi of asphalt commute on them,fork same plus 100mi dirt.all for only $275!

I'm dying to know what the original owner did with the stuff...anyway, there are several custom frame builders who will do a frame anywhere from $700-$1100. You could ask your local dealer to beg for a GF supercaliber frame only. I got mine at Bilenky.com, but I'm sure other 29'er people have different builders...

No i HAVE a tricked out Mt Tam 29,i just think shocks are heavy and too much work(i work on bikes all day,so i like mine to just go!)i got a sweet set of wheels and dont need the bontys-ok,$250 for shock and wheeels
