29" tubeless rim avail? Advantage to disc-specific rim?(3 posts)

29" tubeless rim avail? Advantage to disc-specific rim?SFrider

Besides using something like Stan's, is there a 29"/700c tubeless rim available now or in the near future?

Also, is there an advantage to using a disc-specific rim? I would assume the only advantage would be weight. Are there any available besides Alex, which is heavier than most non-disc rims. Thanks

I assume that they can be purchased aftermarket, even if only as a "replacement" rim.

A bit narrow for 29" tyres I think.
