I'm dealing with IT Band Friction Syndrome at the moment and few things are more furstrating than losing riding time in the summer. But I'm sure you will find plenty of non-riding bike related stuff to keep you occupied (mine and my wifes bikes have never been so clean and well maintained, also I spend way too much time reading this forum).
