| Jones H-bar review by AlexUK and Raoul | SS Slave Dec 27, 2003 7:32 PM | | Hey guys,
I heard you bought these bars and were going to give us a review....
Just wondered if that was coming along soon!

The bars turned up just before I had to go visiting various family all over the UK, so I have not had the chance....and Raouls bars are on my hall table at the moment!
I will try and get some miles in this week (might make the journey down to the Cotswolds and ride some real hills!)
Stay tuned!

| Cotswolds (OT) | Kolo Dec 30, 2003 6:55 AM | | Hi Alex,
Where in the Cotswolds do you ride? I was living in Sheepscombe near Painswick for three months a few years back and found a lot of good riding all around there. Some great tracks around Painswick beacon and the golf course if you've not been over that way. I was working at Noah's Ark in Stroud at the time if you know it - nice shop and nice people running it.

| Cotswolds (OT) | Alex UK Dec 31, 2003 7:53 AM | | Hi Kolo,
I used to ride in the Leckhampton / Birdlip area. I grew up in Cowley so most of my riding was on the hills overlooking Cheltenham. Unfortunatly I moved away after 21 years to Coventry...which is as bad as its reputation! My family still live in the Cotswolds so I get to visit!
I never did much riding round the Painswick area, although there were loads of trails!
I know Noahs Ark, and I used to work in Williams Cycles in Cheltenahm after I left Uni, and my sister was the longest serving member of staff in Bike Tech (now Leisure Lakes) You might know Sean White and Jez who worked there?
The one thing I don't miss is the clay-soil! boy could it jam your gears up!
Later
