I just purchased Time Z Pedals for my bike any suggestions on what type of shoes?
ones that fit your feet, wallet, and are spd compatable.EricTheRed

they should also fit your needs, so if you want to walk around alot w/ the shoes get something with flexable soles. A firmer sole will generally give better performance when clipped in though.

I've always liked sidi's; they are a bit pricey, but they will last a long time.

Any pair that SPD compatible. If you got the money you get get a pair of Sidi Dominators. I think retail of over $200.

On the cheap end I would suggest a pair of Diadora Jalapenos. They're what I'm using now and I really like them. They‘re very comfy, really breathable, and have nice stiff sole. The relatively cheap, around 75 bucks or so. You can probably get for less if you shop around.
