question bout cranks(2 posts)

question bout crankschupacabra
Nov 6, 2003 1:04 PM
I've got a redline monocog with a bmx rear hub. I'm trying to get the chainline just right, so I'm looking for suggestions for a crankset. I don't want the weight of a 3 pc. setup, but I need the proper chainline. Got any suggestions for a square taper alloy crankset, maybe the fsa newtron?

thanks,
Eric

bro you gotta go with 3 pc.. they are way stronger no matter what they are made of. for the weight issue try a aluminum or titaniam one. i cant spell to well but you get the idea.
