Opinions on best brake pads for ceramic rims - and why?Paul Lang

So far have used only the XTR's, so far so good but would appreciate any comments.
once they've broken in, "normal" pads work for me.jw25

Once the braking surface of the rim has smoothed down a bit, normal pads work with no squealing. They don't seem to wear down faster, either, and it makes swapping wheels easier.
If you really want ceramic-only pads, though, the green Kool-Stop pads are very good.

I agree with the last guy, once they have broken in "regular pads" work fine.
