I'm going to upgrade my center pull cantis to v brakes and have been told i need a cable stop clamp on my top tube for the rear brake. Where can I locate this device on the internet?

Thanks,

Briny

if you don't find one just run a full length cable housing and use zip ties (available at any hardware store) to hold to cable/housing in place. Probably a lot cheaper this way. Also keeps gunk from getting in cable. I've been running full length housing for a while now (I have the stops just don't use 'em) because for me it just works better.

Scroll down and look for "Problem Solvers Backstop V-Brake Housing Stop".

All you need is the diameter of your top tube. Be careful installing this. The screw to tighten the clamp is fragile. I bought an adapter and snapped a screw off once.
