Yeah, which ones do you recommend? I want one that stops and last long ( well duh isn't that what everyone wants hehe) I was thinking of getting SHIMANO DISC BRAKE PADS FIBRAX, GREMICA/SHIMANO COMPATIBLE at jensonusa.com for $17 a pop.

have you already worn out the stock pads? How long did they last? I'm just starting to use my XT's and am curious if your pads didn't last very long or something.

I would get another set of the stock Shimano pads. They perform well and should last one year.

No, I haven't worn anything out. I just bought this set of disc brakes :)
