I need an XT 8in disc linkage for a Schwinn/Yeti! HELP ME!!!Schweet

Hi,
I have a Schwinn Straight 8 and it has the floating mount for the 6 inch Hayes. I am using the 15mm thruaxle setup. Does anyone have one of these linkages floating around? (Pardon the Pun!) Possibly due to an upgrade to Razor Rock or something.

I need one desperately!
