| Shimano XT on Cannondale with four bolt hubs? | Brad Jan 10, 2002 8:12 PM | | How can I fit 2002 model Shimano XT Disc brakes to a 2000 Cannondale 900 with a Lefty (four bolt CODA hubs front & rear). |

If you are lucky then you might find that formulas 4 bolt discs are the same size, they have 160 x 1.75 discs for B4 available.
Or maybe the CODA discs are available in 160 x 1.75.
Good Luck!

| i had the same prob, except with avid mech's on my jeckyll.. | sab Jan 11, 2002 6:14 AM | | i made it work
i had to get 5 mm machined off of the rear mounting bracket but it worked with my standard coda four bolt disc's
if you are set on xt's, go ahead and order them and try them on
you might be able to get them to fit with a few washers and some creativity
if not, hope will make you a custom rotor in your size, with your bolt pattern, but it's about eighty bucks, i think for a couple of rotors
you'll be surprised in the increase in performance over codas expert hydro's, i'm sure
I certainly did |

(this has worked for about 10000km for me). the mounting is all standard. The only thing you will need is shims for the rear mount as the C'dale frame has more offset. Would recomend getting the CODA 6 bolt lefty hub though. Inow run XT hub on the back. Cheers Eric. |
