Just put the brakes on and nothing, levers go to grip and no brakes.
Followed the directions but I'm lost. E-Mail if you've done this already. Thanks glockman10@hotmail.com

Ok. Start from square one. Make sure to loosen both caliper adjustment bolts, the insert the yellow gauge between the rotor and inboard pad, and then turn the pad adjuster (5mm allen) untill it is snug, then tighten the caliper bolts. Now back the pad adjuster out 1/4 turn or less counter-clock wise looking at the caliper from the drive side. Spin the wheel to see if there is any drag. Now, take all the barrel adjusters and turn them all the way in. Now, take the cable and pull it as hard as you can and tighten the cable pinch-bolt. Now check the brakes. adjust as needed to get your brakes to work the best. Remember, the cable will stretch a bit so you will need to re-adjust it again.
Thanks, I'll give it a try now. nmSLOPE
